An empowered position

Do you know someone who has painful sex? Chances are you do.

Yet we don’t talk about this because pelvic health is under-recognized, under-researched, and under-supported. But there’s hope! Ohnut has partnered with renowned medical professionals to design the first wearable that gives you incremental control of penetration depth. You and your partner can not only discover what's comfortable, but also what depths feel really good - for both of you.

How does it work?

Worn externally at the base of the shaft (or object of choice), start by linking 3 stackable rings. Lube up. Slide Ohnut down. During penetration Ohnut will compress down to act like a buffer. Remove or add rings as you choose.

Why can sex be painful?

Often times pain can occur when penetration goes too deep into the pelvic floor, due to a range of common physiological complications including endometriosis, postnatal scar tissue, pelvic floor muscle tension (the list goes on), even previous trauma can cause physical stress. While it's important to see a supportive doctor and to know your body, many times answers are unclear and the path to healing can be a long one. Ohnut is a simple way to get creative with your partner and explore comfortable penetration depths.
