Returns or Refunds

Given the intimate nature of Ohnut, we are able to offer returns or refunds in the following circumstances:

  • If Ohnut arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us within 14 days at support@ohcare.zendesk.com for assistance.
  • If you wish to return an unopened and unused Ohnut, contact us at support@ohcare.zendesk.com within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number.

Exchanges

Items will be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If this applies to you, send us an email at support@ohcare.zendesk.com 

Gifts Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and the recipient will be notified of your return.
