Yep! The shipping packaging for Ohnut will in fact be phenomenally boring, and for additional discretionary pleasure, the return address label won’t have 'Ohnut' written on it. It'll be coming from "Twenty Three Ventures."
What is your return policy?
Manufacturing Defects: If Ohnut vibrating ring arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us here within 14 days for assistance.
If you wish to return an Ohnut vibrating ring, contact us here within 60 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with. If approved for a return, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
Unopened products - 60 day money back returns.
Opened products - 60 day store credit returns.
Unopened & Unused Ohnut Case: If you wish to return an unopened and unused Ohnut Case, contact us here within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with. If approved, a $4 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Lubes, pins, gift cards, mugs, and Sex Journal are currently not eligible for returns.

What is your exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused Ohnut for a different color or size, pleasecontact uswithin 14 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only guaranteed within 1 hour of placing your order. If you need to cancel, contact us here and select Cancellation Request. Make sure to include your order number in your subject line and message.
Cancellations are only possible before your order ships. If your order ships before it can be cancelled, you're welcome to initiate a return as long as the original packaging has not been opened. All returns have a $12 restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
How long does shipping take?
Due to ongoing issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times continue to be subject to delays. If you have questions about your order status we're happy to help. Please click here to contact us.
Generally, orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm Pacific Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after that, over the weekend, or on a major holiday will ship the following Monday/next business day. For shipping within the United States, Ground shipping typically takes 3-10 business days to deliver via USPS. 5 Day shipping typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver via USPS Priority Mail.
For international orders, shipping typically takes 7-10 business days but can be further delayed by customs. We ship internationally via DHL, UPS, or FedEx. Please make sure to include your phone number when you checkout in case we need to contact you about the delivery of your order.

Ohnut is international! We're proud to ship to over 195 countries from the United States.
International shipping typically takes between 8-14 business days (an estimation is also provided at checkout).
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the following countries:
Comoros, Côte d'Ivoire, Grenada, Honduras, Iran, Libya, Macedonia, Mayotte, Moldova, Montserrat, Russia, Saint Kitts And Nevis, Saint Lucia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Vincent, Syria, Timor Leste, Turks and Caicos Islands

What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please ensure that your address has a secure point of delivery as we do not take responsibility for a package being lost or stolen once it has been dropped off and marked as delivered by the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Note that tracking information does not start to update until the package has arrived at the carrier’s processing center.
In most cases, packages marked delivered usually still arrive within a week. If your package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, please contact us so we can look into this further for you.
