What is your return policy?
- Manufacturing Defects: If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge - contact us here within 14 days for assistance.
- If you wish to return an Ohnut, please fill out the form below within 60 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you! Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with. If approved for a return, a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Unopened products - 60 day money back returns.
- Opened products - 60 day store credit returns.
- Unopened & Unused Ohnut Case: If you wish to return an unopened and unused Ohnut Case, please fill out the form below within 14 days of receipt and we will be happy to help you. Please include your order number and the email address you placed your order with. If approved, a $4 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Not Eligible for Returns: Lubes, pins, gift cards, stationery, mugs, and Sex Journal

What is your exchange policy?
If you wish to exchange an unopened and unused Ohnut for a different color or size, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to help you.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are only guaranteed within 1 hour of placing your order. If you need to cancel, contact us here and select Cancelation Request. Make sure to include your order number in your subject line and message.
Cancelations are only possible before your order ships. If your order ships before it can be canceled, you're welcome to initiate a return. All returns have a $10 return shipping fee, deducted from the refund amount.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Please ensure that your address has a secure point of delivery as we do not take responsibility for a package being lost or stolen once it has been dropped off and marked as delivered by the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships. Note that tracking information does not start to update until the package has arrived at the carrier’s processing center.
In most cases, packages marked delivered usually still arrive within a week. If your package is lost in transit and not marked delivered, please contact us so we can look into this further for you.
